Definitions: “s-PARK” means the closure of all or part of a Street for an extended period of time for the purpose of allowing the closed portion to be used for rest, recreation, exercise, pleasure, amusement, and enjoyment.

Schedule "D"

Offences listed in Schedule "D" are subject upon conviction in a court of competent jurisdiction to a maximum fine or not more than $10,000 or in the event of non-payment of the fine, imprisonment for a period not exceeding ninety days unless such fine is sooner paid.
