SE Construction
SE Construction includes building:
- 16 kilometres of LRT track
- 10 stations
- Two Park and Ride facilities
- Shepard Maintenance and Storage Facility
- 28 Light Rail Vehicles
- Transit hubs, new roads and bus connections to stations
- Urban realm improvements including multi-use pathways
- Pathways across bridges at Bow River, Deerfoot Trail and Blackfoot Trail
- Two river crossings
- Guideway (elevated and at grade)
Construction of the SE Segment, from Shepard to Event Centre/Grand Central Station, began in summer 2025.
