We understand the importance of community involvement and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, we may reassess the format for community outreach based on preliminary feedback and observations. Please stay tuned for updates.

The City of Calgary is hosting an open house on April 02, 2024, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Harvest Hills Alliance Church.  We invite you to attend. 

Our goal is to provide accurate information about the proposal, listen and learn to understand community perspectives, and keep you updated on how you can contribute your thoughts as the application progresses through the process.

In addition to applicant-led engagement opportunities, the planning process itself includes three additional opportunities to follow the process and/or provide input.

1. DMAP - once submitted, you can provide comments directly to the application review team via https://dmap.calgary.ca/
2. CPC - The review team will present its recommendation (e.g., approve, approve with conditions, refuse) to Calgary Planning Commission. 
3. Public Hearing - When the matter goes before Council for a decision, any person who wishes to address Council may do so for a period of five minutes or provide comments in advance.

Our current focus is to raise awareness about the project and invite members of the public to sign-up to receive project update notifications.
