Outdoor skating rinks
Lace up your skates and get outside for winter fun! We have lots of outdoor skating rink locations that are free to use on a first-come-first-served basis. Please click on your park of choice, below, to see its rink's status.
These skating rinks are flooded as needed during low usage hours. Please stay off the ice while it is being cleaned or cleared of snow.
What equipment is allowed?
- Ice skates (figure skates and hockey skates)
- Helmets
- Skating aid
Hockey sticks and nets, toboggans and sleds are not allowed on the ice.
For your safety, do not skate in areas that are not designated for skating.
Skating is prohibited on storm ponds and on the Glenmore Reservoir. Ice in these areas is unstable and dangerous due to rapid changes in water depth.
