If you have an inquiry about a City Service (e.g., streetlight outage, potholes), We kindly request that you first forward your concerns to the City’s 311 service. It is important for the City to have a record of areas where there are repeated issues in order to advocate for infrastructure changes or additional services. This is also the most efficient way to ensure your request goes directly to the appropriate business unit at the City.  If you have any questions about the status of your 311 request, please reach out to our office with your SR number (provided when you place your request).
