a.1 Home Based Child Care — Class 1;

2 The following uses are permitted uses on a parcel in the Multi-Residential — Contextual Low Profile District that has a building used or previously used as a School Authority — School:

a School Authority — School; and

b School Authority Purpose — Minor.
