The Calgary Police Cadet Corps
Benefits for youth registered in the Cadets program:

- Adventure opportunities: Attend camps and experience activities such as horse riding and outdoor survival skills.
- Join the Cadet Pipe Band: Learn to play the pipes or drums with provided instruments and lessons.
- Build friendships: Make new friends and connect with peers.
The Calgary Police Cadet Corps runs Thursday nights from 5:45 p.m. to 9:15 pm., from September to May, at the Calgary Police Service Headquarters (5111 47 Street N.E., Calgary, Alta). There are also weekend exercises and volunteering opportunities throughout the year.
The application process is open from Nov. 1 to March 31 for the following year’s intake. New applicants have to be at least 16-years-of-age as of the next September intake.
