National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

#ExploreDowntownYYC National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

On September 30th, the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is an opportunity to remember the children who didn’t make it home from Indian residential schools, the experience of survivors, and the resulting inter-generational trauma.

This day also provides an opportunity to witness, support, and honour the healing journey of survivors and their families.
