Calgary Culture Days offers a unique opportunity to discover, experience and celebrate the arts, culture, heritage, diversity and community spirit that make our city a dynamic place to live, work and play. Calgary International Film Festival
September 19 - 29, Various locationsCalling all film buffs! If you’re passionate about film, this festival is your go-to event. Experience over 200 feature and short films on the big screen every fall. The festival offers glamourous gala events, exciting movie screenings, and exclusive red-carpet premieres. Mid-Autumn Festival
September 20 - 22, Studio BellThe National Music Centre & the Calgary Chinese Cultural Centre have teamed up for the Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Moon Festival. Showcasing the music and traditions of Canada’s Chinese and Asian communities, the festival features a variety of free and ticketed experiences with music, dancing, a singing contest and other activities. Pop into the NMC during the day for free matinee performances, lion and dragon dances, a market and more. Tickets available for evening concerts.

Night Light
September 26-28, Victoria ParkNight Light is a 3-night celebration of curated light, art and energy that will transform the Victoria Park community into an incredible vibrant display. Interactive art installations, projection-mapped architecture and live performances will provide endless entertainment spotlighting Calgary artists.
So Long Summer Series
Say goodbye to summer in style at the So Long Summer Series at Lot 6 (311 8 Street S.W.)! From August 30th to September 28th, the west end of Downtown Calgary will transform into a lively hub of free, outdoor fun!
This exciting event series will transform Lot 6 into ‘River Hall,’ a temporary gathering space for Calgarians to enjoy a blend of all-ages entertainment, dining and relaxation in a welcoming, inclusive and pet-friendly atmosphere.
Join us for a five-week celebration with pop-up vendors, live music, and a fantastic mix of all-ages entertainment. From local artisans to up-and-coming musical talent, there’s something for everyone!

Getting here
Calgary Transit: You can get downtown with Calgary’s Public Transit system. For more information on Calgary city buses or the CTrain, including schedules, maps, passes, and fares, visit Calgary Transit.
Walk, wheel, or run: River Hall is the perfect destination to access by walking, wheeling, or running via the Bow River pathway! Bike racks will be available.
Parking: There is a parking lot available at Lot 6. If the lot is full, there is street parking nearby (please note, there’s limited parking north of 3rd Ave).
