Calgary Local Immigration Partnership
The Calgary Local Immigrant Partnership (CLIP) aims to create a more welcoming and inclusive community for immigrants and newcomers in Calgary. CLIP works with employers, school boards, health organizations, boards of trade, government, professional associations, ethnocultural and faith-based organizations, and the community and social service sectors to improve the quality of life of immigrants.
CLIP is focused on:
- Promoting open conversations about mental health in newcomer communities to reduce stigma.
- Enabling more access to sport to promote health and community engagement.
- Educating the community about the valuable contributions of immigrants to Calgary.
