Report Streetlight Outages
A well-lit street isn’t just a convenience—it’s a safety necessity. If you notice a streetlight that’s out, you can report it quickly and easily through the City’s online form. By doing so, you’re contributing to a safer, brighter community for everyone.

311 for Snow Clearance Requests
Snowy sidewalks and streets can be hazardous for everyone, from pedestrians to drivers. If your street or a local pathway needs clearing, 311 offers multiple ways to submit a request:
- Call 311: Speak directly with an agent.
- Submit Online: Use the Citizen Web Portal.
- 311 Calgary App: Report issues and track updates through the mobile app.
Providing detailed information—such as the location, time the issue started, and its impact—helps expedite the process. Save the service request (SR) number you receive, as it’s essential for follow-ups. If delays occur, send us your SR number, and we’ll work with the City’s Mobility team to escalate the issue.
This guide gives you the tools and info you need to stay connected and make a difference in your community. Whether it’s reporting an issue or staying in the loop, every little step helps make Ward 2 a safer and more welcoming place for everyone.
