Housing and Affordability Task Force Detailed Recommendations and Request for Feedback

Housing affordability impacts all Calgarians.

The Housing and Affordability Task Forces’ 6 recommendations comprising of 33 actions come before Council on September 14th.  Hearing the opinion and perspective from our community members on the recommendations is vital to Councillor Wong’s thoughts prior to the council meeting. The link below to the Housing Task Force page outlines the 6 recommendations & 33 Actions, what it would mean if said action was approved, and how that action would affect Calgary. With the information provided we are asking for you to share your thoughts, perspectives, and feedback with our office. The Housing recommendation page has information on how to speak at public hearings if you wish to do so as well.

The Ward 7 office is committed to open and transparent conversations about Housing affordability and the Recommendations brought forward by the Housing and Affordability Task Force.
