We have multipurpose rooms available. They are great for meetings, or group activities.

Features and facility information

Woodcreek Room

  • 134.9 square metres
  • This is a large multi-purpose space with one mirrored wall.
  • There is a screen and projector.  Must be requested at time of booking.
  • Meeting Set-Up:
    • Theatre-Style for up to 75.
    • Classroom-Style for up to 18.
    • Tables/Chairs for up to 60.

Building Blocks Room

  • 41.6 square metres
  • This room is available for party bookings and seats 14 people at 2 tables. 
  • There is no projector.  A portable screen is available.  Must be requested at time of booking.
  • It is in the adjoining Arenas building. 

Board Room

  • This is a boardroom-type room.  It comfortably seats 12 people.
  • There is a screen and projector.  Must be requested at time of booking.
  • No party bookings.

Is there wifi in the building?

  • Shaw Public Wifi can be weak.  Bring any presentations on a USB stick.
  • Laptop:  Not available for public use

Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 8:30 a.m.

To request a booking

It takes up to five business days to process the application. You will receive notification of the outcome of your application by email.

To cancel a booking

If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, we must be notified at least 30 days prior to the day of your booking. A $10.50 administration fee applies. Changes to a booking with less than 30 days' notice are not eligible for a refund.
