Community Association Feedback Form

A new development has been proposed in your community. Please take time to review the development information that was sent to your community association and fill out the automated Community Association Feedback Form (CAFF), formerly called the Community Context Questionnaire. This automated form will be sent directly to the file manager associated with the development application.

CAFF is the way we learn about impacts that developments may have in our communities. Community associations are asked for feedback early in the development permit process so your input can be discussed with the applicant proposing the development and considered by City staff as we review the development permit.

Please provide your community association perspective and respond to the following questions.

If you would prefer to submit a hard copy of the Community Association Feedback Form, please complete the questionaire and return it within three weeks.

I commit to the Planning System core values: innovation, collaboration, transparency, accountability, trust, and responsibility.
