BMO Marlborough branch
This Net Zero energy, Passive House Canada, and Zero Carbon Building is a 605 square metre Bank of Montreal bank branch on the Marlborough Mall site. The project, by Dillon Consulting, is located in the northeast community of Marlborough about 400 metres from the Marlborough LRT Station. The project is expected to achieve both Net Zero and Passive House Certifications, resulting in an extremely efficient building that will use significantly less energy and produce fewer greenhouse gas emissions compared to an energy code compliant development.
