The festival is the primary event organized by the European Cultural Society of Calgary (ECSC). This year, CEFF is proud to have 26 European countries participating in the festival.

November 6-10, Various locationsThe JazzYYC Canadian Festival returns with four days of live music at unique venues like the Ironwood Stage and Grill, Commonwealth Bar & Stage, and the Nickle Theatre at Mount Royal University with some of the greatest Canadian jazz musicians playing today.

YYC Noodle Festival
November 7-17, Various locationsYYC Noodle Festival is a unique celebration of noodles, culture, and community! This isn’t just another restaurant festival. It’s all about showcasing the best of Asian cuisine while bringing people together to support important causes. YYC Noodle Festival is co-organized by Hung’s Noodle Factory and Roots Collective, both committed to giving back to the community, with The Leftovers Foundation as their 2024 charity beneficiary.

Field of Crosses
November 1-11, 200 Memorial Drive NWThis November, Field of Crosses has sunrise and sunset ceremonies every day from Nov. 1 to Nov. 10, with each day commemorating different aspects of Canada’s armed forces. Visit the Night of Lights on the 10th or the Field of Crosses on the 11th during the day to pay your respects at one of Calgary’s most incredible Remembrance Day ceremonies.

Remembrance Day at Studio Bell
November 11, Studio BellJoin us for a special service commencing at 10:40 am featuring Central Alberta Chamber Players, world-class bagpiper Bill Hawes, and singer-songwriter Tim Isberg. Veterans and active service members will receive free Studio Bell admission on Remembrance Day. Admission must be purchased in-person at the Visitor Experience desk only.
