Corporate Project and Asset Management (CPAM) at The City
What is Corporate Project and Asset Management (CPAM)?
Corporate Project and Asset Management (CPAM) helps City business units consistently apply corporate standards, guidance and best practices in the areas of project and asset management. Assets, and the project teams that deliver them, are at the core of what The City does every day to provide service to the citizens of Calgary.
Project Management
CPAM’s project management team, the Corporate Project Management Centre (CPMC), works with project managers and project management offices (PMOs) across The Corporation to develop and sustain corporate excellence in project management. The CPMC provides services and support that recognize and leverage best practices, processes and tools.
