We offer a variety of options to accommodate your needs, all at budget-friendly prices. It's the perfect opportunity to gather your friends and enjoy a day of golf.
When you can book
If you have a group of 20 to 40 golfers, you can schedule your event between May 19 and Sept. 14.
We are not accepting bookings for Shaganappi Point due to the bunker renovation project.

**Power cart rental details
- The group organizer must sign the rental agreement on behalf of all players and is responsible for any damages incurred during group play.
- Each cart driver must be 18+ and present a valid driver’s license at check-in.
- All rentals must be paid at check-in.
- Each cart holds a maximum of two riders, with a limit of two carts per tee time.
- Availability is not guaranteed.
Payment information
- A non-refundable payment for the first 20 tee times may be required to process a group booking request. This amount will be applied to the final reservation cost.
- Full green fee payment is due by noon on the Tuesday before your golf date, and a credit card is required.
- Confirmation details will be provided via email.
- Rentals and power carts are paid individually by golfers at check-in.

Requests for 2025 are now open.
Cancellations, refunds and rainchecks
Once your reservation payment is processed, no changes can be made.
- Refunds or rainchecks are not provided for missing players. If the course is open, the group is expected to check in.
- If you cancel your group reservation (except due to inclement weather), the non-refundable payment will be forfeited.
- If the course closes due to weather, you will receive a full refund, including the initial payment.
