Symons Valley Centre
About the project
In mid-2028, The City of Calgary will welcome residents of the Symons Valley area to a new Library, community commons green space and main street as part of the larger Symons Valley Centre development project.
The Symons Valley Centre is being built in five phases on seven acres of City-owned land at 251 Sage Hill Boulevard N.W. The development will primarily serve residents of Kincora, Sherwood, Sage Hill, Nolan Hill, and Evanston.
