Village Square Leisure Centre Holiday Parties
Host your corporate or family holiday party at our leisure centre. A party booking includes:
- Space for two hours, to host a special visit from Santa (not provided by us) or bring in food of your choice (catering onsite is not available).
- Leisure centre admission passes for all your guests that can be used on the day of your party or used for another day (passes have a 12-month expiry date from the day of your party).

At the time of your booking, we require payment for the first 30 people paid in full. For any additional guests numbers, we require the final numbers and payment 30 days prior to the day of your party.
Fees include a $5.75 risk management fee.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, we must be notified at least 30 days prior to the day of your party. A $10.50 administration fee applies. Changes to a booking with less than 30 days notice are not eligible for a refund.
