Terms and conditions
There is no physical card: Your balance is securely stored in the golf system. A valid photo ID is required at check-in.
Easy Golf must be purchased and used by the same person. It cannot be transferred, gifted or used to pay another person's green fees.
Golf Administration has the final authority on all conditions of use. Management may suspend or revoke privileges for failing to follow facility rules, policies, or behaviour standards.
Tee times are subject to availability; standard booking procedures apply.
Where you can use Easy Golf
- Easy Golf can only be used for green fees (not rentals, concessions, or driving range purchases).
- Valid at all City golf courses, but discounts apply only at Confederation Park, Maple Ridge, McCall Lake 18, and Shaganappi Point 18.
- Discounted rates apply only when using your Easy Golf balance. If your balance isn’t enough to cover the fee, you must reload or pay the difference.
- Cannot be combined with other offers or applied to reduced rates (e.g., maintenance, temporary, or promotional rates).
- Not valid for group bookings or tournament play.
Easy Golf balance
- You can load your Easy Golf balance in $350 increments, up to $700 per golf season.
- Your prepaid balance carries over to the next golf season and does not expire.
Driving range deal (pre-season sale)
To get the range deal, you must have an active Select Pi account (with location set to the City of Calgary) and purchase the benefit during pre-season sales (March 5 to 8, 2025).
Cancelling Easy Golf
To cancel your Easy Golf, email the Golf Administration Team, and a team member will contact you. Processing may take up to 8 weeks.
Weather-related cancellations
Raincheck receipts are issued for weather-related cancellations, but rainchecks do not return to your Easy Golf account. Rainchecks expire at the end of the season.
