Food Truck right-of-way permit
A food truck permit allows the permit holder to operate a full-service food vehicle on City of Calgary streets. Food trucks must adhere to maximum dimensions, contain a full kitchen, and prepare food to be sold to the public, amongst other conditions required by mobile food vendors.
Food truck permits are approved on an individual basis and are location specific. They are not issued for longer than two months at a time and are also not issued city wide. Food truck permits do not include Park Plus costs which may be applicable depending on the location and must adhere to peak hour restrictions in certain posted locations.
