The Calgary 311 app is getting an update
Whether you're reporting a pothole, requesting snow removal, or sharing feedback, an updated Calgary 311 app makes it easier than ever to request City services right from your smartphone.
In April, 2025, the current 311 app will be discontinued and an updated version will be available on both Apple and Android stores. If apps on your smart device update automatically, the Calgary 311 app will download and update automatically as well.

When to contact 311 Calgary
Emergencies - Call 911 - for life threatening emergency assistance (fire, ambulance or police).
City services - Call 311 - for City information and non-emergency and non-law enforcement related services (e.g. bylaw-related issues, potholes, street cleaning, tax account inquiries).
