Municipal Complex Atrium booking information
Who can book the Atrium?
Booking of the Atrium is limited to registered not-for-profit and charitable organizations and local school groups. To use the Atrium, groups must apply for a permit and provide proof of insurance and charitable / not-for-profit status.
Guidelines for using the Atrium
Applicants are advised to review the guidelines on the use of the Atrium before submitting permit applications. For exact expectations on behaviour and use of the space, please refer to the Municipal Complex Bylaw. Please refer to the Municipal Complex Atrium map for exact location and boundary details.
Atrium event calendar
Upcoming events in the Atrium are posted on the Atrium event calendar. Applicants are advised to review the calendar to ensure there are no conflicts with scheduled events and maintenance activities.
Please note: It may be possible to hold more than one event in the Atrium at a time.
Applying for a permit
Applications for the use of the Atrium will be accepted up to 150 days before the proposed start date of the event and must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to the start date of the event. Complex Administration will contact applicants within seven days to confirm/discuss permit applications. A non-refundable $50 processing fee will be charged to all applicants.
