What is the access code?

An access code is a secure code unique to each property, and it can be found on your mailed assessment notice. If you can’t find it, you can request one.

What is a roll number?

Every property has its own unique 9-digit roll number. Find the roll number on your assessment notice, property tax bill, or statement of account. 

You can also find it online:

  1. Visit myTax.
  2. Under Public Access, click Search, and accept the Terms of Use.
  3. Search by address to find the property.
  4. Select the checkbox beside the property address.
  5. Click Export Selected Property Report.
  6. Open the downloaded report to find the roll number at the top
