Additional Important Information for Prospective Purchasers:
1. The address assignment is tentative pending final approval of subdivision, which is anticipated in late May 2023 at the earliest.
2. The Property has been created through subdivision from a parent parcel. Instruments registered on the title certificate of the parent parcel that do not apply to the Property have been discharged to prevent automatic transfer to the title of the Property at registration of the plan of subdivision.
