Boardroom bookings - Calgary Soccer Centre
The Calgary Soccer Centre has two boardrooms in the Main building that can be booked for a wide variety of activities and events, including:
- Strategy meetings
- Birthday Parties
- Team wind-ups
- Corporate parties and team Building
Please note: our boardrooms do not have refrigerators or food storage amenities. You are responsible for cleaning up after your group.
1. Learn about our boardrooms
Small boardroom
Our small boardroom is 4 x 5 metres and is comfortable for up to six people. It is equipped with chairs, a table and a white board.
Large boardroom
Our large boardroom is 6.5 x 9 metres and is comfortable for up to 20 people. It is equipped with chairs, tables and a white board.
2. Review rates and policies
- Minimum 1-hour booking with additional increments of 15 minutes (pending availability)
- Online bookings can be made two weeks before the current date. We are unable to book the same day.
- Book one time, a series of dates or a weekend/special event

A $5.75 risk management fee is applied to each permit.
