  • Local Area Investment Fund

    This fund supports public space and infrastructure improvements outlined in approval local area plans.

  • Calgary’s Bikeway & Pathway Network

    Building new routes and improving the existing pathway system to provide safe, healthy and accessible travel options in Calgary.

  • Utility Redevelopment Programs

    Three dedicated programs supporting upgrades in water, sanitary and stormwater and to improve drainage conditions in the established area
