How to apply

There are multiple ways you can submit your Fair Entry application. The instructions for each are found below.

Online

You can apply using our online application form.

Before starting the online application, make sure you have your required documents.

Apply online

In-person

You can apply in-person at one of the following locations. Please complete your application before your visit and make sure to bring your required documents.

Municipal building

Address: 800 Macleod Trail S.E., 3rd floor. The 3rd floor is accessible by escalator and elevator.
Hours of operation:

Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. 

Transit access: City Hall LRT Station

Parking access: Paid parking
Accessibility:

Village Square Library

Address: 2623 56 Street N.E.
Hours of operation:

Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Transit access: Buses 23, 34, 48 and 555 have stops near Village Square Library

Parking access: Free parking on-site

You can apply by mail by sending your completed application and required documents to:

Drop-off

You can drop off your application and required documents at any of these locations.

Place your completed application and required documents in an envelope with “Fair Entry” written on the front (no postage necessary) and it will be sent to Fair Entry for review.
