North Pointe Park and Ride lot improvements

Upgrades to North Pointe include three additional shelters, a transit-only lane and entrance, pedestrian sidewalks and new lighting.

Transit customers in north Calgary are riding easier thanks to improvements to the North Pointe Park and Ride lot in Country Hills Village. The $2.5 million project, funded by Green Line, enhanced safety and accessibility for transit users of the Park and Ride lot, and prepared the area for future growth and infrastructure requirements. These improvements will also support the future transition to Green Line LRT along the Centre Street North corridor as funding becomes available.
