Maintenance and storage facility grading and site servicing
Site of the future Green Line maintenance and storage facility.
As part of the Green Line LRT Project, The City will construct a maintenance and storage facility (MSF) north of 126 Avenue S.E., between 40 Street S.E. and 52 Street S.E.
The MSF is a large garage where light rail vehicles are cleaned, maintained and serviced. This summer we’ll begin preparing the site for construction, so the MSF is ready to house Green Line’s fleet of light rail vehicles once they start arriving.
Contract status
A request for proposals was posted on April 17, 2025. The submission deadline is May 5, 2025. When the contract is awarded, this page will be updated with the supplier.
Scope of work
This work addresses the initial grading and site servicing works for the MSF.
