Eau Claire Market and River Run Condos demolitions

Green Line officially took possession of Eau Claire Market and River Run Condos on June 1, 2024, and immediately secured the buildings as we waited to complete the procurement phase to select a contractor to complete the demolition work.

Demolition was initially set to begin in September, but has been delayed while a new downtown alignment for the Green Line is being developed.

The future of Eau Claire Market and any demolition plans are currently on hold while The City makes a decision on these properties.
