Lilydale poultry factory demolition

The Lilydale Poultry Plant was demolished to make way for the Green Line LRT alignment near 11 Street S.E. in Ramsay. The contract included hazardous material abatement, building demolition and site clearing. The location will be used as a construction laydown area.
Beltline Downtown Utility Relocation Program (City-owned Deep Utilities)

The Beltline Downtown Utility Relocation program involving City-owned deep utilities (sanitary, storm and water) began in March 2022 and was completed in June 2024.
